Due to the handmade nature of these custom pieces, we are unable to offer refunds or returns at this time.
Shipping Policy
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and are calculated at check out or determined privately with Two Faced Ceramics.
We try to ship items as soon as possible, but please allow three weeks delivery for your piece. If your order is custom and being made to order, expect up to a two month delivery window.
